What is PageChecker’s vision?

PageChecker is dedicated to providing a simple-to-use service that helps you get the most out of your website – and don’t lose revenue or customers due to undetected and avoidable issues.

What is a Checker?

At PageChecker, we call our functions that help you monitor things that matter to you on your web pages – such as forms, or essential text – a Checker.

A Status Checker is responsible for monitoring and notifying you when your registered web page doesn’t load.A Text Checker is an additional check that you can add to the Status Checker, and is responsible for monitoring and notifying you when the important word, phrase, or sentence that you have registered changes. This could be due to many reasons, but the assurance here is that it has not been tampered with or changed without your knowledge.A Form Checker is an additional check that you can add to the Status Checker, and is responsible for monitoring and notifying you when the registered forms on your webpage are not working correctly.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not at all! We created PageChecker so that anyone will find it easy to use. As much as we strive to simplify things, there might still be some teething issues when setting up our most advanced features. If you feel lost, talk to us so we can think of how to make our platform even easier to use.

Can I monitor more than one website with PageChecker?

Yes! At PageChecker, we encourage you to monitor all web pages that matter to you and your business. We have also made it easy to group pages according to your needs, so that it’s easier to see the big picture.

How often does PageChecker check my web pages?

We check your registered web pages every five minutes. Forms that are linked to the web page will be checked every 24 hours. We have found that this setting provides the coverage most people need.

Why do you have all these different add-ons?

While we think that our different Checks and features help in many ways, not everybody might want them from the start. So, we have made our base plans more affordable, and you can decide which add-ons benefit you later.

Do you have SMS/Whatsapp alerts?

Yes we do! While we have this feature, we are aware that not all our clients would want this as it comes with extra costs from carriers. So, we have made this feature an add-on. You can activate it within the Subscription section.

I need an additional feature – does PageChecker have it?

Our current features and add-ons are found on our Features page. We have also listed features that we are planning to implement. If you don’t see the feature that you’re looking for in our list, drop us a note via our Request Feature link and we will gladly consider it. We might need to contact you for a better understanding of your request.

What do I get with the 14-day trial?

You will receive full access to the Small plan, which includes monitoring of up to five web pages. No credit card needed.

What is the difference between your plans?

No matter which plan you choose, you’ll have access to all of PageChecker’s features – the main difference is based on the number of checks included. If none of the plans suit your needs, please contact us with your ideal requirements.

Can I upgrade my plans at any time?

Yes! Just access your Subscription page within the PageChecker platform and change to the plan you need. This also applies to add-ons. You will be charged the prorated difference and the changes will take effect immediately.

Please contact us with your requirements if none of our existing plans match your needs and we will help tailor your PageChecker experience.

Can I downgrade my plans at any time?

Yes! This also applies to add-ons. The changes will take effect when your plan renews the following month. Please contact us with your requirements if none of our existing plans match your needs and we will help tailor your PageChecker experience.
